She began her real estate journey in 2003 as an investor and quickly rose to success—becoming the top agent in her office within her first full year. When the 2008 housing crash hit, she leaned into grit and adaptability, mastering REOs, short sales, and investor strategies. By 2011, she was working trustee sales and had flipped more than 40 homes in a single year, all while growing her traditional real estate business through innovative digital marketing, blogging, and video.
