If for any reason you’re not happy with us, you can cancel our Agency Agreement at any time until we are under contract. There is no cost or obligation to you. You can cancel anytime before going under contract.
If for any reason you need to sell your home in the first 12 months, we will sell it for you for free. You may still pay a Buyer Agent Commission, but The Wehner Group will charge nothing for the listing commission. Buyer must be purchasing another home with The Wehner Group.
Disclaimer:
The Wehner Group Brokered by EXP Realty’s fee is 3% of the purchase price and $495 admin fee (which will either be paid by the Seller of the property or by the buyer at closing, depending on negotiation). Buyer has no obligation to purchase a home with EXP Realty. However, any property purchased by the buyer within 180 days after this agreement terminates that was procured by The Wehner Group, buyer will be responsible for satisfying the Broker’s compensation.
